Distribution Warehouse management and Inventory Control for receipt and deployment of site construction materials, components and equipment.
Physical Installation Peachtree’s installation services cover a variety of different technology markets.
- Site Survey and Inspections
Ensuring the equipment to be installed has adequate space (either on existing racking facilities or that floor space exists for new rack installations), existing power systems meet or exceed new equipment requirements, cable ladders / overhead racking have adequate space for the routing of new cables, entrance ports have capacity to install new coaxial or waveguide runs and that towers have adequate space for the new coaxial or waveguide runs & the position(s), assigned by engineering, is available for antenna & mounts as outlined in the design.
Installation Services Peachtree provides a wide range of installation services for Site Conditioning, Microwave Radio, RF / BTS Cellular, LMU / E911, Fiber Optic & Coaxial and Wire-Line & Wireless Networking systems.
Site Conditioning This consists of preliminary installations of DC power equipment (rectifiers, batteries, breaker panels, etc), racks, ladders, overhead racking, cross connect panels (T1, T3 or Optical), cabinet installations (ground and rooftop), antenna mounts, etc, which needs to be completed prior to the BTS and Microwave radio equipment being installed.
LMU / E911 Installation and cabling of GPS, LMU, running of coax jumpers, testing of T1 (loop back) and cabling of DC and alarms to the LMU unit.
Microwave Radio Installation of antenna, coax / waveguide, entrance ports (boots) & radio electronics ODU/IDU (Harris, Nokia, Alcatel, Proxim & Siemens). The installations include DC, cabling alarms, termination to cross connect panels (T1, T3 or Optical) and grounding per specification.
RF & BTS Cellular Installation of antennas, coax, entrance ports (boots), cellular BTS radio racks, cabling of alarms, termination of ABIS to cross connect panels (T1), grounding and labeling per customer specifications.
Fiber Optic & Coaxial Systems Installation of fiber and coax systems from the Point of Interconnect (POI) in an office or control center Fiber Patch Panel (FPP) to the electronic equipment being installed (Lucent, Alcatel, Nortel, Ciena, TRT and Siemens). The installations include DC, cabling alarms, termination to cross connect panels (Coaxial & Optical OC-1, OC-3, OC-12, OC-48, OC-192, Giga Ethernet services) and grounding per customer specifications. Our installation services also include the cabling from the Coaxial / Optical equipment to the electronic sides which terminate at T1 or T3 cross connect panels.
Wire-line & Wireless Networking Facilities Installation and cabling of switches, routers and Access Points (AP) associated to Wire-line and Wireless networks.
Testing / Commissioning Ensuring that all cabling, coax / waveguide, antennas and electronic equipment meets or exceeds the manufactures specifications a outlined in the customers installation specification documentation. Link testing to ensure continuity, Bit Error Rate Tests (BERT), antenna and coax sweeps (VSWR) and power meter testing (ERP) to ensure the system is operating to design objectives.
As-Built Drawings We can provide this service in red-line, PDF updating or updating AutoCAD drawings as provided by the customer. These As-Built drawings can be provided in both hardcopy and softcopy as required by the customer.
- Exit Survey Reports
After installations have been completed a detailed exit survey is completed via checklist and photos of all work areas affected via our installations. The survey reports include all marked drawings, site pictures, test results (for BER, VSWR, ERP or via AirMagnet for Wireless networking)Peachtree stands by its installation services with a 1 year quality guarantee for all labor (for more details see service our warranty available on request).
